Impotence means erectile dysfunction. It is the inability of a man to maintain a stronger, erection for a long time while sexual intercourse. But this problem can be corrected easily. Impotence due to physical reasons or hormonal deficiencies can be restored using proper medications. The problems in a man who is having diabetes, spinal cord problems or brain damages are bit difficult to make it into normal.
