Impotence is also known as erectile dysfunction in men. This is not a disease but a condition where a man is unable to have a stronger and longer erection and thus fails in his sexual life. We cannot say that improper erection is the only cause for impotence. It is only one of the major reasons. There are number of other causes like psychological issues, due to hormonal imbalance and so on. Most of the reasons are due to changing life style and busy life schedule.

Without knowing this many underestimate themselves in sex life and lose their confidence. For example, a man in 20 gets erection more quickly than an elder one of age 40-60 gets. This is due to ageing factor and hormonal changes.

Some drugs recommended for you to reduce depression may adversely effect in decreased sex desire. Therefore be careful while taking any medication and be sure about consulting a doctor before using any.

Be intimate and try to be please with your partner so that you can get a good start for a successful sex. Be ready to have an open talk about the fears and other concerns. Agree to kiss and touch to stimulate your partner so that both can relax and enjoy your bodies without any difficulties.
